Our Founder/President, Brian J. Mendiburu plays an integral role in realizing the business goals of Mendiburu Magic Companies, Inc. and all related ventures for the organization. Mr. Mendiburu serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Spokesperson for all related businesses, providing strategic planning leadership and stimulating new business development for the company/private contract(s). 

Public Relations & Corporate Communication

• Public Relations-improve community relations and implementing planned programs of action that serve both the client's and the public's interest; giving our clients the ability to respond to breaking news in real time and have a voice in the issues shaping their industries.

• Marketing/Advertising-developing strategies and customizing approaches that fit an individual client's needs; conducting market research and creating relevant messages that reflect their bottom-line goals and objectives.  Promoting companies through the utilization of both print and electronic media and a variety of collateral types. This includes handling concept development, design and production, media buying and placement and post-production details.

• Media Coordination/Training- Seeking out and creating media relationships that are conducive to positive coverage for clients. This can be as simple as arranging and scheduling a media interview to coordinating a full-scale press conference.  Training company spokespersons on how to handle the media-from unplanned interviews to formal press conferences. This includes developing talking points, coaching individuals in writing and speaking in sound bites and helping them position their company and themselves in the most positive manner.

• Legislative Advocacy- Managing legislative issues on behalf of a client. This includes developing the message strategy, meeting with elected officials, developing and managing the media strategy, appearing before legislative bodies and coordinating project application at the city, county, state and national levels.

The Community Foundation

The Mendiburu Magic Foundation (MMF) was founded in loving memory of Nancy Ann Mendiburu.  MMF will (1) help children and families affected by any catastrophic or life threatening illness; and directly contribute to worthy community need, (2) with an emphasis on positive youth development and (3) ongoing medical research for cancer.  MMF will strive to accomplish these worthy tasks while appreciating the purpose of human life as being to serve, and show compassion and the will to help others.
